Featured Projects
01
Project-23
Project-23 is the flagship program of The Fletcher Foundation and Blu Arro, built to unleash Africa’s next generation of engineering leaders through high‑performance innovation. Instead of learning theory in isolation, thousands of students design and simulate electric racing vehicles under real constraints—power budgets, aerodynamics, safety, and cost—turning motorsport into the most compelling STEM classroom on the continent. Powered by BLU ARRO engineering backbone, Project-23 gives students access to industry‑grade EV, battery, and AI autonomy tools and direct mentoring from top engineers and faculty, creating a clear pathway from competition to internships, graduate studies, and high‑value employment in the global mobility industry.
02
Self-Propelling Underwater Drones
Blu Arro is engineering self‑propelling underwater drones that extend human reach into the most demanding subsea environments. These autonomous platforms are designed to navigate complex underwater terrain, collect high‑resolution data, and perform inspection or intervention tasks with minimal human oversight. By combining hydrodynamic hull design, advanced sensing, and intelligent control algorithms, our systems deliver long‑endurance missions for infrastructure inspection, environmental monitoring, defense, and offshore energy. Each vehicle is built as part of a broader learning ecosystem—pairing cutting‑edge subsea technology with training pathways that prepare technicians and engineers to operate, maintain, and continually improve the next generation of underwater mobility.
03
TVET Workforce Development
Our Global TVET Workforce Hubs are immersive training ecosystems that turn real infrastructure into living classrooms for the next generation of technicians and engineers. Built in partnership with Safe‑Hub, Dualtech, CITE, and leading employers, these hubs blend accredited coursework in drones, data centers, smart buildings, and VR labs with paid, work‑integrated learning on live projects that matter. Youth don’t just earn certificates—they assemble and maintain data centers, support drone inspections, deploy IoT systems, and operate simulation labs, graduating into roles that pay 3–5x local median income while directly advancing resilience, climate, and mobility goals in their own communities
04
Graphene Technology
Graphene‑enhanced architectures sit at the core of how Blu Arro is rewiring performance, efficiency, and intelligence across our platforms. By integrating graphene into next‑generation battery systems, we unlock faster charging, higher energy density, improved thermal stability, and longer cycle life—critical advantages for electric vehicles, drones, and autonomous systems operating in extreme environments. We also leverage graphene’s exceptional electrical and mechanical properties to build ultra‑sensitive, low‑noise sensors and robust conductive coatings, enabling smarter health‑monitoring for structures, real‑time diagnostics, and more resilient electronics. Together, these capabilities allow us to design lighter, stronger, more efficient systems that push the boundaries of what’s possible in advanced mobility and intelligent infrastructure.
