Building the Next Generation of Engineering Leaders
01
The Foundation
The Fletchers Foundation, part of Blu Arro's 501(c) (3) ecosystem, turns brilliant students into industry-ready EV and mobility engineers through real-world, high-performance design challenges.
What the Foundation Does
The Fletchers Foundation - F23 Program creates a clear pathway from
STEM education to high-value employment in the fast-growing electric mobility and advanced engineering sectors. We combine rigorous technical training, real design work, and direct employer connections so students don't just study engineering-they practice it and get hired for it.
The F23 Racing Design Program
F23 uses electric racing vehicle design as a powerful learning platform where teams of students solve real constraints in performance, safety, and cost. Supported by Blu Arro's engineering backbone, participants gain hands-on experience with modern mobility technologies and build portfolios that speak the language of global employers.
Why It Matters
By Year 3, the program is designed to reach thousands of students and place hundreds into advanced study, internships, and high-value technical roles, creating a verified pathway from classroom to career. This strengthens local economies, builds a scalable talent pool for EV and mobility infrastructure, and positions them as a serious contributor to global engineering innovation.
How Partners Engage
We collaborate with foundations, corporates, and universities that want measurable outcomes in STEM talent, youth employment, and emerging-market innovation. Partners can support cohorts, sponsor regional hubs, contribute technology and mentorship, and co-develop pathways from competition to internships and full-time roles.
Invitation
The F23 Program is a focused, investable way to back youth engineering leadership while aligning with Blu Arro's broader mission in advanced mobility. To explore partnership, sponsorship, or major gifts, we invite you to connect directly with the Fletchers Foundation team.
